Free report on how we treat the cause of pain?
When we evaluate a patient we will classify them into one of three categories. Mechanical, Mechano-Chemical, and Chemical.

Mechanical
Certain movement will increase it while certain movements will decrease it
Example: Back pain Choice of treatment in this case would be Physical Therapy-If a patient gets treated with drugs it won’t be effective as something is out of place and it needs to be moved into the place for lasting results. This is one of the key differentiator between us and most Physical Therapy practices. |
Mechano-chemical
Inflammation associated with a mechanical cause
Example: Tennis elbow Choice of treatment in this case would be Physical Therapy (mechanical correction) combined with anti-inflammatory drugs. |
Chemical
Pain that is always there no matter what you do. Pain does not increase or decrease (what seems to be chemical pains are actually mechanical pain to a trained eye)
Example: Cancer Choice of treatment would be drugs without any further delays. |
So if a patient that falls into chemical category treat them aggressively with drugs without any delays. Physical Therapy won’t be of much use.
If a patient fall into Mechanical, and Mechano-Chemical category we can guarantee them but if they fall into chemical category then we won’t guarantee it as we won’t be treating them. Such a patient will be promptly returned to the primary care for further advice.
The Guarantee is 5 visits free including co pay after the 10th visit if one fails to make any positive change (which is highly unlikely). Most patients notice a change in the 1st or 2nd visit.
