Cancellation
Thank you for choosing us, we understand very well that you have many choices. We don’t even consider you as a patient but as a client who is under our care and protection therefore we will do everything we can to make you pain free. We specifically ask you to do is be complaint with all the home exercises your therapist gives. Your appointment time is specifically yours so don’t be late, avoid last minute cancellations and there is no excuse for no shows as your time spot could have been used by someone in pain instead of going into waste. If you had informed us earlier we could have given the time slot another person that is in pain. We have specific policy regarding the above which is: For the first time you are excused. For the second time you have to pay $40 for the scheduled time period, further appointments are only made after payment has been received. Third time, even if you are willing to pay we won’t be seeing you anymore. To us such persons don’t have any concern for others who are in pain therefore we will not be dealing with such people.

Will treat the cause of pain and pain free body
We find that if we treat you for the cause of pain rather than just masking the symptoms, we don't have to treat you over and over.
At the time of evaluation we will classify into 3 categories
Mechanical: certain movements will increase the pain, while certain movements will decrease the pain. We will quickly find the direction that will decrease the obstruction and pain.

No more medical bills
We will only send bills that is not paid once as it is required by law. If your insurance company don’t pay your bills, we will fight it but won’t send you the bills. You are only responsible for medical bills if your insurance was terminated since starting of treatment or if the insurance send you the treatment reimbursement directly.
Ride
This is a courtesy service we are providing to the homebound patients and it is not required nor charges you or your insurance for it. We reserve the right to drop you from ride service if you are not cooperative with office staff or driver. Don’t expect to be dropped off to your home as soon as Therapy is done-as soon as driver is available we will do it. Make sure you are on time for the pickup otherwise it will delay everyone else and if you are not coming make sure to cancel it. We cannot come to your house to find out that you are not coming! Inside the vehicle, there is no eating or drinking- let’s keep it clean. Wear your seat belts and if you have children, make sure to bring your car/booster seat. Minimize talking on cell phone loudly as well as talking to the driver, causing distractions. You must meet the following criteria for us to look into the eligibility of your transportation.
- If you have a recent surgery preventing you from driving
- If you have a recent fracture preventing you from driving
- If you are Medicare or Medicaid recipient
- Up to 5 mile radius

We ship within one business day on most orders. If an item is not in stock, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Return and Refund
30 day return policy. Merchandise must be in the original packaging. Please call our customer service before returning a product. Returning any item without authorization will not be refundable. Restocking fees up to 20% may apply in some conditions.
